Sundance Film Festival is Coming to Macon

The Macon Film Festival has been selected as an official Sundance Satellite screen for the 2021 Sundance Film Festival! Mark your calendars for January 28 - February 3, and join us for an exciting adventure in film at our very own Douglass Theatre!
Like our 2020 Festival, the 2021 Sundance Film Festival is going to be a little different. This year the Sundance Film Festival can be experienced in our local community through the Sundance Satellite screen program. They've partnered with us and other communities across the U.S. to offer 7 days of thrilling theatrical experiences, talks, community events, and more content through their online platform. You're local in-person experience will take place at Douglass Theatre on January 29, 30, & 31.
