Real Property Management Vesta has earned the Franchise of the Year Award, the top honor in the Real Property Management network of more than 450 offices nationwide. Ben Sapp, the firm’s owner and broker, accepted the award at the organization’s annual meeting in Dallas.

“The Franchise of the Year Award recognizes the owner, their team, and the business that best exemplify what it means to lead with excellence, achieve extraordinary results, and embody the values that define Real Property Management,” said Jeff Pepperney, president of Real Property Management, when presenting the award.

“Over the past year, RPM Vesta has delivered 34% real revenue growth, maintained a single-digit churn rate, and consistently ranked among the top-performing offices in our network,” Pepperney continued.

Since opening its downtown Macon office in 2015, Real Property Management Vesta has grown to manage more than 1,100 rental units across Bibb, Houston, Jones, and Monroe counties. Its portfolio includes single-family homes, loft apartments, and small to mid-sized multifamily communities.

RPM Vesta provides leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination for clients ranging from owners of a single rental home to investors with hundreds of units. Its team of more than 20 property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnel has helped drive the company’s growth across Middle Georgia.
