Milledgeville Tax Preparer Charged With Tax Fraud, Accused Of Making False Claims In Tax Returns, Feds Say

Federal prosecutors have charged a Milledgeville tax preparer with tax fraud for illegally reporting sick leave and family leave credits, which cost the Internal Revenue Services over $28,000 in unpaid taxes.
That's according to a federal "information" filed by prosecutors on Thursday, which officially charges a person with a crime.
