The C Terry Holland Collection: The Third Course
Macon Arts Alliance is pleased to welcome back the C. Terry Holland Collection for its third run. Terry Holland is an interior designer and past Cultural Awards recipient, as well as a longtime supporter and former board president of Macon Arts.
Work by over 25 different artists will be on display, including: pottery, glass, rugs, and paintings. Proceeds will benefit the Macon Arts Alliance, in hopes to continue to support Macon’s creatives for years to come.
Terry will also be holding a Collector’s Talk on Thursday, July 30 at 2:00 pm! Come out and learn more about the collection and the stories behind each piece.
“The Third Course” will be available to view from July 28 – August 1.

Cathy Ivey Community Library Summer Reading Finale Party

Corks & Canvas
Corks & Canvas is a fun, beginner-friendly painting workshop where you can relax and hang out with friends while a local artist teaches you how to recreate a beautiful painting. No painting experience required. Bring a beverage of your choice to sip on while you paint. The cost is $30, and includes all materials for an 11 x 14 painting (or $35 for a 16 x 20 painting). The workshops start at 7 pm and lasts two and a half hours. On July 24, our instructor will teach a painting of a bridge over a lily-covered pond.

478 Creatives is launching Insider’s Studio—a new series designed to celebrate the people and places that make our creative community so special.
These intimate evenings offer rare behind-the-scenes access to the homes, studios, and creative spaces of the artists, collectors, designers, and cultural leaders shaping Central Georgia’s creative landscape.
Our inaugural evening takes us inside The Turk House, where homeowner Claire Turk and interior designer Courtney Moss will share the story behind creating a home that thoughtfully blends art, antiques, and everyday living. Together, they’ll discuss collecting artwork, designing meaningful spaces, and the creative decisions that transform a house into a home.
Guests will enjoy an intimate evening of conversation, inspiration, and connection with fellow art lovers in one of Macon’s most beautiful private residences.
