City of Sparta Chief of Police Announces Plans to Serve Same Role for a Second Georgia City

A Central Georgia police chief will soon be pulling double duty.
The City of Sparta's Chief of Police, Tommie Walker Jr., announced in a post on the Sparta Police Department's Facebook page that he has accepted and is now serving as the City of Wrens' Chief of Police.
Walker, who, according to his personal Facebook page, is from Wrens and is an alum of Jefferson County High School.
