Life University and the Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) today announced a new articulation agreement designed to expand undergraduate educational opportunity and strengthen transfer access for students across Georgia. The agreement establishes a streamlined pathway from all 22 TCSG colleges to Life University, helping students apply previously earned associate degree credits toward continued academic advancement and bachelor's degree completion.

“Partnering with the Technical College System of Georgia allows us to meet students where they are and recognize the value of the work they’ve already completed,” said Life University Provost Dr. Lee Skinkle. “This agreement strengthens the path for students and opens the door to a Life University education that supports their academic growth and long-term goals.”

Through the partnership, TCSG and Life University have aligned 13 degree pathways and approved 58 course transfer equivalencies. The agreement supports student mobility across institutions, reduces barriers to transfer and creates a more efficient path for students seeking to continue their education without losing academic momentum after completing coursework within the TCSG system.

“By combining transfer efficiency with expanded academic access, this partnership reflects both TCSG and Life University’s commitment to student success,” said TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier. “Students have a clear and practical route to continue their education, enhance their credentials and prepare for future career opportunities.”

Students can now access direct transfer pathways into several bachelor's degree programs at Life University, including business administration, psychology, computer information systems and technology, biology, anatomy and physiology and interdisciplinary studies. To support these pathways, student credits from TCSG disciplines, including accounting, biochemistry, microeconomics, macroeconomics, organic chemistry, algebra, literature, U.S. and world history, will be applied directly toward degree requirements at Life University.
