Speir & Associates Launches Registered Apprenticeship Program to Develop the Next Generation of Electrical Industry Leaders

Speir & Associates is proud to announce the launch of the Speir &
Associates Apprenticeship Program, a registered apprenticeship program developed in partnership with the Georgia Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Labor, and Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC).
The program is designed to provide employees with hands-on field experience, technical education, and long-term career opportunities within the electrical industry. Through this partnership, participants will gain real-world training while building the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce.

The apprenticeship program offers employees a unique opportunity to earn while they learn without the burden of student debt. Speir & Associates, along with available federal and state grants, will cover the cost of tuition, books, fees, parking, exam fees, tools, equipment, and employee wages throughout the program.
In addition to receiving credentialed training, participants will develop transferable skills that can support long-term career growth within the electrical and construction industries.
The overall goal of the Speir & Associates Apprenticeship Program is to create highly trained, skilled, and well-compensated professionals while building a strong pipeline of future electricians and industry leaders.
