'It Has Become Too Much' - Local Ingleside Village Market Set to Close After Over a Decade in Business

A Central Georgia market specializing in local staples has shut its doors.
Village Marketplace, a store located on Ingleside Avenue in Macon, announced that it is closing the shop for good.
"After a couple of weeks of being closed and visiting with family, Amy and I have decided to close Village Marketplace," the business said in a statement posted on Facebook. "It has become too much to try and keep going, and I'm not able to present offerings that I once did."
