Macon-Bibb, Houston and Peach Counties to Form New Megasite Recruiting Authority

Macon-Bibb, Houston and Peach counties are in the process of creating a new, joint business-recruiting body to find an industrial tenant for a megasite in Peach County.
The “Middle Georgia MegaSite” includes 1,534 acres west of Interstate 75 along state Route 96 just outside the city of Fort Valley. Most of the land is owned by The Development Authority of Peach County.
