Forsyth City Council to Consider 80-Plus Home Development on Juliette Road After Zoning Approval

A proposed residential development in Forsyth is moving to a final vote after clearing a key planning step, drawing concerns from nearby residents about growth, schools and public input.
The Forsyth Planning and Zoning Commission approved a preliminary plat for “The Villas at Juliette,” an 83-lot single-family housing development planned for about 77 acres off Juliette Road, according to city documents. The project is now headed to the Forsyth City Council for a final decision Monday.
