Fairview Park Hospital has earned its ninth consecutive “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for Spring 2026. While nine straight “A” ratings span more than four years of consistent achievement, they reflect a deeper, long-standing commitment to excellence in patient safety and care.
“Earning nine straight ‘A’ grades is a significant milestone for our hospital and our community. It represents a sustained commitment to the highest standards of safety and quality—not just at a moment in time, but every day over the course of several years,” said Brad Griffin, FACHE, President and CEO of Fairview Park Hospital.
Griffin emphasized that the recognition is driven by the people who deliver care across the organization. “This achievement belongs to our nurses, technicians, therapists, physicians, and all of our colleagues—both at the bedside and behind the scenes—who are deeply committed to doing what is right for our patients. They bring skill, compassion, and accountability to every interaction, and that is what makes results like this possible.”
Fairview Park Hospital has also been consistently recognized as a top-performing hospital in Georgia, further underscoring its reputation for excellence.
“Sustaining a ‘Straight A’ record takes focus, discipline, and teamwork,” Griffin added. “We are proud of our team’s dedication and remain committed to delivering the safest, highest-quality care for the communities we serve.”
Leapfrog is an independent national non-profit organization that rates U.S. hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers on safety, quality, and efficiency. The group releases safety grades twice a year, focusing exclusively on how well a hospital protects patients from errors, injuries, and accidents.
