Warner Robins Council Approves 300-Acre Rezoning Near Moody Road

On Monday night, the Warner Robins City Council approved rezoning more than 300 acres along Moody Road from R-2 single-family residential to R-3 general residential.
City leaders said the change allows for higher-density housing while maintaining the neighborhood’s character. Officials said future development would likely be single-family homes similar in style and construction to the existing Woodlands neighborhood.
