City of Butler Mourns Sudden Passing of Mayor William “Barry” Whitley

The City of Butler is in mourning following the unexpected passing of Mayor William “Barry” Whitley on Saturday, April 18th. The news has left the city saddened.
Mayor Whitley had served as Mayor since February 15, 2013, after previously holding positions as a Council Member and Mayor Pro-Tem on the Butler City Council.
