Bibb County Sheriff Appoints New Jail Administrator to Oversee Nearly 100 Deputies

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office has named a new leader for its jail operations.
Samuel Jines, a veteran corrections official with national-level credentials, will serve as jail administrator, overseeing nearly 100 deputies, staff and vendors, Sheriff David Davis announced.
