Baldwin County Gets FEMA Funding for Generators in Disaster Plan

Baldwin County is set to benefit from federal funding aimed at strengthening disaster preparedness, as part of a broader effort across the Southeast.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency announced more than $41.5 million in funding for projects in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina designed to improve long-term resilience.
In Georgia, $1.4 million has been approved to support the installation of 12 generators in Baldwin and Muscogee counties.
