Houston County commissioners approved nearly $100,000 Tuesday night to remodel the Feagin Mill Water Treatment Plant in Warner Robins, a project leaders describe as essential to extend the aging facility's life amid rapid county growth.
“It may be replacing the roof, replacing the windows and doors, uh, make sure that the facilities are up to date,” said Brian Jones, director of public works operations.
