Perry Leaders Eye Policy Shift to Expand City Services Beyond Limits

Perry city leaders are considering a plan that would reset where and how city services are available outside current city limits. The proposal aims to increase revenue without raising rates for existing customers.
"This recommendation would essentially be a shift away from current policy towards a more flexible service provision policy," said City Manager Robert Smith said.
