Macon Restaurant Owners with Nearly 20 Years of Experience Open 2nd Restaurant

A pair of longtime Macon restaurant owners are expanding with a new venture: Vida Latin Kitchen.
Paula and Ernesto Aguire have owned and run El Sombrero on Forsyth Road for nearly 20 years, bringing Ernesto's Mexican heritage to the plates of Macon locals and many more.
They saw the old building where Greek Corner Pizza on Vineville Avenue was open, as the building had been vacant since the restaurant burned down in a fire in Dec. 2021.
