Color Therapy Art Night
Create, explore, and connect at our Color Therapy Art Night Join us for a relaxed evening of art-making inspired by color and emotion. Come solo or invite a friend — this is a welcoming space to unwind and create at your own pace.

During this self-guided experience, you’ll explore color through painting and/or collage, letting intuition lead the way. We’ll have our art bar stocked with a variety of materials including collage papers, textures, paint, paint pens, stencils, and more — everything you need to experiment and layer freely.

A facilitator will be present to offer optional prompts, gentle guidance, and inspiration if you’d like it. Prompts will be available to help you reflect, such as:

What color do I need more of right now?

What emotion wants to be expressed?

If this season of my life had a color palette, what would it be?

All art supplies are included, and you’re welcome to bring your own drinks or snacks. Come ready to slow down, play with color, and create something meaningful in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

MET Opera Live in HD: Richard Wagner TRISTAN UND ISOLDE
Tristan und Isolde | Composer- Richard Wagner

OVERVIEW
The electrifying Lise Davidsen tackles one of the ultimate roles for dramatic soprano: the Irish princess Isolde in Wagner’s transcendent meditation on love and death. Heroic tenor Michael Spyres stars opposite Davidsen as the love-drunk Tristan. The momentous occasion also marks the advent of a new, Met-debut staging by Yuval Sharon—hailed by The New York Times as “the most visionary opera director of his generation” and the first American to direct an opera at the famed Wagner festival in Bayreuth—as well as Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin’s first time leading Tristan und Isolde at the Met. Mezzo-soprano Ekaterina Gubanova reprises her signature portrayal of Brangäne, alongside bass-baritone Tomasz Konieczny, who sings Kurwenal after celebrated Met appearances in Wagner’s Der Fliegende Holländer and Ring cycle. Bass-baritone Ryan Speedo Green makes an important role debut as King Marke.
