Buc-ee's Location in Georgia One of 33 Stores Handed Down 'F' Rating by Better Business Bureau

As of Wednesday, 33 locations have 'F' ratings from the consumer nonprofit. According to BBB, Buc-ee's has failed to respond to 88 customer complaints dating back three years.
Several of those stores that received failing grades are in relatively close proximity to metro Atlanta, including the Buc-ee's location in Warner Robins and several in Alabama and Tennessee, which include the Auburn, Alabama, Kodak, Tennessee, and Crossville, Tennessee, locations.
