B.o.B, Hot Chelle Rae to Headline Bearstock Music Festival
Tuesday, March 10th, 2026
Mercer University’s annual Bearstock outdoor music festival, presented by student programming board QuadWorks, will take place March 14 from 1-7:30 p.m, and include a free concert on the Macon campus, Cruz Plaza. The event is free and open to the community.
Rapper and record producer B.o.B will headline the annual concert, and secondary acts include Hot Chelle Rae, best known for their 2011 hit “Tonight Tonight,” and three Mercer-affiliated acts: MothaFunka, Kosher Pickle and Trinity Scales ‘27.
The family-friendly event will also include food trucks, merchandise vendors, student tailgating and free giveaways from QuadWorks, the Lofts and Mercer Votes. Food service starts at 1 p.m., and live music starts at 1:30 p.m.
“Bearstock is all about creating a fun, meaningful experience for our students and celebrating what makes the Mercer University community so special,” said Adrienne Latham, assistant director of Campus Life and Student Involvement. “This year, QuadWorks is bringing the beach to Cruz Plaza, creating a festival-like atmosphere that feels like a mini getaway right in the middle of the semester. As a Double Bear, Bearstock has always been a staple of my Mercer memories, and it’s exciting to help create that same sense of connection and tradition for today’s students.”
