Houston County Commission Approves 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan

Houston County leaders approved a capital improvement plan Tuesday that lays out how they expect to spend about $270 million on local projects over the next five years.
The plan serves as a roadmap for major infrastructure and community improvements through 2030. It breaks down spending by category, including general government, public safety, roads, solid waste, the water system, and culture and recreation.
