Habitat for Humanity Milledgeville-Baldwin County Invites Community to Celebrate the Dedication of Two New Homes
Thursday, February 26th, 2026
Habitat for Humanity of Milledgeville-Baldwin County invites the community to join us for the dedication of two new homes for the Myrick and Webb Families on Wednesday, February 25 at 3:00PM at 470 and 476 Ross Avenue.
The homes on Ross Avenue are the first Habitat homes to be built on property from the recently formed Baldwin County Land Bank Authority. "We are grateful for the partnership with DCA, Baldwin County and the entire Milledgeville-Baldwin County community", said Ivey Hall, Habitat Executive Director. "Home dedications are a special opportunity for us to join with volunteers, donors and our homeowners to bless their new home and share our support for their homeownership journey. We hope the community will join us for this wonderful celebration and an opportunity to see inside the homes before we close on them this spring."
The homes were built with love and in collaboration with the following generous sponsors and hardworking volunteers:
Georgia Department of Community Affairs Community HOME Investment Program, Baldwin County Land Bank Authority, Georgia Power and students and staff volunteers from Georgia College & State University, including the Honors College, Alpha Tau Omega, Leadership Program, and the MLK Day of Service.
An extra thank you goes to the extended family and friends of the Myrick and Webb Families, whose support and encouragement helped make this milestone possible.
All are welcome to attend this joyful occasion and help us welcome the Myrick and Webb Families to their new homes.
