All Care Home Health, LLC, a trusted provider of care and support for seniors and adults with developmental disabilities, proudly announces the appointment of Richelle Gilmer as Chief Executive Officer.

Gilmer brings over a decade of leadership experience at All Care, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in growing the organization from 25 employees in one location to more than 150 employees across two regions. After briefly serving as VP in another industry, Gilmer returned to All Care to continue advancing its mission.

“Her leadership has been instrumental in our growth,” said Angela Freeman, Co-Owner, and Allen Freeman, Owner, Founder, and Chairman of the Board. “We are confident in her ability to strengthen All Care’s reputation and expand services into new regions while maintaining the highest standards of care.”

A long-time Middle Georgia resident, Gilmer is a double Wesleyan Wolf, holding both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Wesleyan College. She also brings extensive experience in operations, finance, and management.
