If you live in Houston County, a new penny sales tax could soon be on the ballot.
On Tuesday night, Warner Robins City Council unanimously approved moving forward with the Floating Local Option Sales Tax, or FLOST, a measure designed to reduce residential property taxes if voters approve it later this year.
