Middle Georgia Regional Educational Service Agency (RESA) will sponsor a job fair for all of the school districts located in the region on January 10, 2026 from 9am – 11 am. The school districts represented include Bibb, Twiggs, Crawford, Monroe, Jones, Peach, Jasper, and Houston County. The job fair will be held at Westside High School located at 2851 Heath Road Macon, GA 31206.

Middle Georgia RESA encourages anyone who is interested in a career in education to come prepared for interviews. Please bring at least 8 copies of your resume and come professionally dressed. Instructional AND Support positions will be available including bus drivers, school nutrition staff, maintenance, clerical etc.

Representatives from each school district will be available for interviews. Additionally, representatives from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission and Middle GA RESA will be available to discuss different paths and avenues to becoming a certified educator.

Geneva Braziel, a leadership consultant with Middle GA Regional Educational Service Agency (MGRESA) is coordinating this effort to recruit staff for the surrounding school districts.
