Dublin City Schools to Increase Property Taxes, Proposing Millage Rate Nearly 4% Above Rollback Rate

Dublin City Schools plans to adopt a millage rate that is 3.9% above the rollback rate, but must hold three public hearings before finalizing it.
This comes after the school system has been grappling with financial struggles.
