Two Georgia state legislators have formally requested a state audit of Dublin City Schools' financial management as the district faces mounting warnings about a potential financial crisis.
State Rep. Matt Hatchett and Sen. Larry Walker sent a letter to State Auditor Greg Griffin asking the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts to review how the district manages its finances.
