Milledgeville Businesses Await Ruling on Proposed Brewery, Wine Shop Ordinance

Milledgeville's historic downtown district could soon be home to microbreweries and wine shops if city council approves a proposed ordinance change Tuesday night.
Kevin Couch and David Sinclair are hoping the city will modify its alcohol ordinance to allow their vision of a microbrewery, wine shop and retail store with outdoor patio to become reality in three spaces near Hancock and South Wayne streets.
