Towering Red Crane Behind City Hall Part of Greater Downtown Macon Revitalization, City Leaders Say

A towering red crane has become a landmark in downtown Macon, and city officials say it's the first of its kind to come to the area.
"This is the first time that we have had a crane of this size in the downtown core in a generation," said Alex Morrison, Executive Director of the Urban Development Authority.
