Robins Financial Credit Union Announces New Vice President of Risk Management

Robins Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Zoltan Szabo as the new Vice President of Risk Management. Szabo brings more than 25 years of experience across the financial services industry, with deep expertise in auditing, compliance, strategic planning, and enterprise risk.

Szabo’s career has spanned a wide range of entities, including mutual funds, banks, private equity firms, government-sponsored enterprises, credit unions, and Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs).

With leadership techniques grounded in principles of integrity, collaboration, and transparency, Szabo shares his plans to focus on ensuring robust risk oversight while supporting innovation and strong operational processes.
“My priorities will be to strengthen the company’s risk management framework, deepen cross-departmental collaboration, and enhance operational resilience,” shared Szabo. “I will focus on refining risk assessment processes to ensure that they are comprehensive, forward-looking, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.”
