Central Georgia Tech Partners with BibliU to Launch New Campus Store and Equitable Access Program
Monday, July 7th, 2025
Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with BibliU, a leading provider of fully integrated campus store solutions. Through this collaboration, CGTC will introduce BibliU’s Universal Learning+—a modern retail experience combining refreshed physical and online stores—and implement BibliU’s Equitable Access (EA) program to ensure all students have access to required course materials.
Designed with affordability at its core, the EA program simplifies how institutions manage and deliver course content while reducing student costs and closing equity gaps. By providing inclusive, institution-wide access to required digital materials at a flat rate, the program ensures that every student has what they need to succeed, regardless of major or financial background.
“CGTC is the kind of institution that proves technical education can be both innovative and deeply community-driven,” said Dave Sherwood, CEO of BibliU. “They’re nationally recognized for their high-profile program, and they’ve built a culture that values real-world experience—offering credit for life and work learning. That tells me they’re thinking about the whole student. Partnering with them to operate multiple campus stores and launch an
Equitable Access program means we get to support that mission directly—making it easier for students to get what they need and stay focused on their goals.”
