M&R Marketing is excited to share the news that four team members have recently celebrated promotions within the company.

Brynn Codone, Senior Project Manager

In her third year with M&R, Brynn Codone is stepping up from project manager to senior project manager, leading her team as they shepherd clients’ projects from conception to completion. It’s her eye for detail, dedication to communication, and commitment to the customer experience that has made her the perfect choice for the senior position in her department.

Chris Canady, Senior Digital Strategist

Formerly a business development manager at M&R, Chris is shifting into the role of senior digital strategist. With more than four years of experience crafting marketing strategies for his clients, Chris will now have a more direct hand in strategy creation for the digital clients at M&R to help elevate campaigns, drive conversions, and lead to positive results, all while leading his fellow digital strategists. 

Jasmine Thaxton, Resource Manager

Starting as an office manager at M&R in 2021 and later a scheduling coordinator, Jasmine has now leveled up to become our trusted resource manager in charge of helping our team get projects in on time and under budget. From juggling dozens of production schedules to evaluating project requirements, developing plans and timelines, strategizing how we use our time to shape what’s next with each project, Jasmine helps ensure our full-service agency remains as efficient as possible.

Sydney Spivey, Marketing Specialist

Sydney joined M&R in May 2023 as a digital strategist. While she will still serve in that role, she now also manages our marketing needs as our marketing specialist. In partnership with our head of marketing, Sydney plans for and manages the digital services we use, oversees our more traditional marketing solutions, including print advertising projects, is involved in the discussions regarding our branding, and more.
