Houston County Board of Education Announces New Principal Hires

The Houston County Board of Education announced Dr. Art Billings as the new principal of Perry high school and Mrs. Kasey Hopkins was named the principal of Matt Arthur elementary during its meeting Tuesday.
Dr. Billings currently serves as an Assistant Principal and Athletic Director at Perry High. He has worked in the Houston County School District for 26 years.
