When class is in session, chances are you'll see Mercer University students packing the indoor and, when the temperature allows, the outdoor sections of Margarita's at Mercer Village.
But the local staple is expanding its facility on Montpelier Avenue and, in doing so, they hope to expand their offerings as well, owner Valerie Cork said.
