2025 Flight Dates and Golf Tournament

When Middle Georgia Honor Flight takes off on Saturday, March 29, 2025, this will be the organization’s 25th trip to Washington, D.C. And beginning with this mission, honored veterans will visit the National 9/11 Memorial at the Pentagon as part of their full-day itinerary. One of six scheduled honor flights on Contour Airlines, the other missions for 2025 will be:

  • April 26, 2025 (Mission #26)

  • May 17, 2025 (Mission #27)

  • September 6, 2025 (Mission #28)

  • October 4, 2025 (Mission #29)

  • November 1, 2025 (Mission #30) 

Part of a nationwide network of more than 125 hubs, Middle Georgia Honor Flight was founded in 2018 and has taken over 330 veterans on 24 flights to Washington D.C. to see their war memorials and Arlington National Cemetery. These once-in-a-lifetime trips are free for these veterans. Veterans who served in World War II, Korea, Vietnam, and terminally ill veterans from more recent campaigns are eligible for these flights. Middle Georgia Honor Flight is a non-profit organization, funded by corporate sponsorships, donations, and fundraising events. Our third annual Golfing for Veterans golf tournament, sponsored by Christy Capital Management, will take place on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Southern Hills Golf and Country Club.
