Macon Water Authority Seeks SPLOST Funds to Avert Future Flood Disasters and Stabilize Water Bills

The date is set for Macon-Bibb voters to decide whether to approve a new SPLOST fund on March 18.
While Bibb County leaders have a list of priorities to tend to, such as road repairs and funding a new jail, the Macon Water Authority is looking to drain some of that money to improve storm water systems and repair the Macon levee.
