GDOT Building New Roundabout on Highway 247 | Here's When it will be Ready

After nearly two years of construction, a new roundabout at Highway 247in Macon is set to partially open next week, though some business owners say the project has taken longer than expected.
The $6 million project at the intersection of Broadway, Houston Avenue, Pio Nono and Highway 41 will begin allowing traffic through on January 7, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.
