Bronson is a Commissioner representing District 2, for the Macon-Bibb Board of Commission, serving his first term in office and is an Ex-officio member for Keep Macon Bibb Beautiful. Prior to being elected to serve in this capacity, Paul worked as a Firefighter and First Responder for the City of Macon and is currently serving his 21st year in the United States Army Reserve as the Command Inspector General at the rank of Major for the State of Alabama. As an advocate for higher education, Paul earned two master’s degrees, one in Mental Health Counseling from Fort Valley State University and the other, an Executive Masters in Business Administration, from Wesleyan College. Mr. Bronson has a love for the youth and his community, developing a nonprofit called The KingsMen Foundation where he teaches young men about life skills, financial responsibility, and community engagement. Part of that engagement includes keeping their neighborhoods clean from blight, trash and litter. A lesson that is embedded in his involvement and partnership with organizations such as Rotary Club of Macon, Bike Walk Macon, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. Mr. Bronson is honored to serve his community, the great state of Georgia, and this wonderful Nation.

"I made the decision to attend Wesleyan because I wanted a challenge," Bronson said. "Upon reviewing the high-level professionalism, student to professor ratio, support resources offered to students and so much more, I made a decision that would project me into a future filled with success and promise. I enrolled into the Executive MBA Program that would take me on a 18 month journey of understanding statistics, finances, marketing, operational management, global economics, and analytical skills that would develop to be a better leader for our community and this country."

Wesleyan continues to cheer Mr. Bronson on as he continues to make a positive impact!
