Billy Rape Steps in as Interim-Sheriff to Complete Predecessor's Historic Term

For the first time in 52 years, Houston County voters elected a new sheriff on Tuesday. A few days before on Halloween, Billy Rape stepped up to fill in the late-sheriff's term.
Until Republican Matt Moulton is sworn in on New Year's Day, Rape is Houston County's interim sheriff.
