The Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2024-25 Youth Leadership Baldwin (YLB) class.

The YLB program, conducted under the Milledgeville-Baldwin County Chamber’s direction, is designed for high school juniors in Baldwin County who want to develop their leadership skills, broaden their network, and make a positive impact in their community.

Participants will meet once a month for eight months, with each session covering a different topic such as Public Safety, Healthcare, Local Government, Industry, Interviewing Skills, and more. The program aims to equip students with essential leadership skills, increase their social and professional network and foster a deep understanding of community resources, opportunities, and issues shaping Baldwin County’s future. Since the program’s inception in 1999, over 300 students have graduated from YLB.

"We are proud to offer a program that not only develops leadership skills but also encourages students to engage with and contribute to the growth and development of our community."
