Middle Georgia State University (MGA) proudly offers the Knights LEAD Student Leadership Program, an ongoing initiative that continues to shape the leadership landscape for first-year students. Developed by the Center for Career & Leadership Development, this program stands as a hallmark of MGA's commitment to fostering leadership excellence.

Knights LEAD provides first-year students with unparalleled opportunities to develop essential leadership skills through a robust curriculum. From engaging in impactful service projects to participating in interactive case studies and corporate tours, students in Knights LEAD are equipped with the tools and experiences necessary to excel as leaders.

Complementing the program is the Knights LEAD Living Learning Community (LLC), an enriching environment for students residing on campus in Macon or Cochran. Through this community, participants forge connections with like-minded peers and further cultivate their leadership potential.
