Customers to be served by this expansion include: 
  • 100 new homes in the Reynolds Homestead area 
  • 325 existing Walker Church water system customers 
  • 40 customers on Eagles Way Dr and Fleur De Lac Ln 
  • New growth along the Richland Connector 
  • 1,934 undeveloped residential acres along Hwy 44, Richland Connector & Walker Church Rd  
The Richland Connector Water Project required a capital investment of over four million dollars. With Greene County’s support, the project prioritizes the needs of local emergency services while ensuring unparalleled service for Piedmont customers.
