Macon-Bibb County HR Chief Resigns After Three Years

 Derrick Jordan, the Chief Human Resources Officer for Macon-Bibb County, has resigned from his position, effective immediately. Jordan announced his resignation in a letter to Mayor Lester Miller on Friday, writing that “prevailing winds whisper in alternative directions.”

“It has truly been an honor of a lifetime to have had an opportunity and I have you to thank for it,” he wrote.
