CGTC Becomes the First College Campus in Central Georgia to Open a Disc Golf Course

A new campus life activity launched this spring as Central Georgia Technical College (CGTC) and the Houston County Disc Golf Club (HCDGC) partnered to bring an 18-hole competition-level disc golf course to its Warner Robins campus.
The latest addition to campus life now gives students and community members access to growing activities including the Roy H. “Sonny” Watson Wellness Complex home to football, soccer, and a walking track, elevating campus culture, the student experience, and community interaction.
The work for funding the course was developed collaboratively between the CGTC Foundation, Student Activities, and HCDGC.
