Robins Financial Credit Union Announces New Talent and Engagement Manager

Robins Financial Credit Union is delighted to announce the promotion of Michelle Casula to the position of Talent and Engagement Manager. In this new role, Michelle will be responsible for leading initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent within the credit union. She will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, driving employee engagement, and implementing innovative human resource strategies.
