Macon Pops is turning up the disco fever for their annual fundraising event, Saturday, February 10, at 6:30 PM at Emerson at Plum, featuring disco grooves by Macon Pops, and a Live Auction of five "Macon Pops Signature Events,” such as an evening at Capricorn Sound Studios with Chuck Leavell of The Allman Brothers Band and The Rolling Stones! Macon Pops’ Disco Night will boast food by Fountain of Juice, disco-themed signature drinks, and a DJ'd After-Party. Attire is "Disco-Fabulous" - the funkier, the better! This annual fundraising event is not just a party; it’s a celebration of community, generosity, and making a positive impact. Every spin, twirl, and funky move on the dance floor contributes to Macon Pops and the future of Macon music. Funds raised at this event each year enable efforts to provide incredible musical experiences for all those in Middle Georgia, including the (completely free to the public) Macon Pops Christmas Spectacular concert and the Macon Pops outreach musical education program for Elementary, Middle, High School, and College students: “For the Love of Music.”
