Perry Residents Seek Solutions to Persistent Flooding in a 1000-acre Flood Plain Area

Flooding has become a big concern for some residents in Perry. Engineers are calling this 1000-acre area, a flood plain and needs solutions for backyards to not become underwater. This large stretch of land is across neighborhoods like Sadie Heights and reaches from Highway 347, across King’s Chapel Road, and ends near Houston Lake Road.
