Access Points Along the Ocmulgee River and Parts of Amerson River Park Closed as River Levels Rise

All river access points along the Ocmulgee River are being shut down after severe weather moved through the area on Tuesday, according to Macon-Bibb spokesman Chris Floore.
Floore said this includes the Spring Street entrance as well as the dirt road at Amerson River Park and the back walking trails will be closed.
