Congressman Sanford Bishop announces grant fuding Wednesday morning, for the Macon-Bibb County Economic Opportunity Council Inc.
The EOC will receive $4,278,717 through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Head Start grant program, which promotes education, school readiness, and health and social services for low-income families in Macon-Bibb and Monroe counties.
